beauty of the city.Recently,in Tokyo,Japan,our customer has completed a comprehensive upgrade of its public bike stations,transitioning from traditional
docked systems to a dockless system with OMNI-integrated bike lock with alarm and GPS,alongside a bike-sharing app and backend system.
Transition from Docked to Dockless
The shift from"docked"to"dockless"systems has replaced traditional docking stations with"Bluetooth locks+location-based beacons.
"Geo fences have been set up in the original parking areas to facilitate bike rental and return,and increase station capacity.In May of this year,
Tokyo's public bike rental volume reached 405,000 trips,a 106%increase year-over-year,indicating a significant rise in public usage.
Station Optimization
Coordination and Optimization of Bikeshare Dockless Stations
By reviewing the layout of existing stations and analyzing their usage,we have optimized the original layout,particularly around high-traffic
areas such as residential neighborhoods,commercial districts,and tourist attractions.We have optimized and added 57 new station locations,
making the layout more convenient and accessible.
Facility Updates
Upgraded Bikes for Enhanced Riding Experience
In addition to the dockless station upgrades,bikes over five years old have been replaced.The new third-generation public bikes feature
foam tires and enhanced seat shock absorption for a more comfortable ride.The smart Bluetooth locks have been upgraded to support scanning
with the bike sharing app or mini-program.OMNI smart bike locks also support card rentals with city cards and new-generation social security cards.Moreover,the OMNI bike-sharing app has been improved with real-name authentication for residents from Hong Kong,Macau,Taiwan,
and foreign nationals,providing more inclusive service.Notably,Omni bike lock codes can be used with your company's bike-sharing app.

Optimized Configuration for Scientific and Efficient Management
Through an intelligent operations management platform,data analysis identifies peak and imbalanced stations,as well as sites with high
or low storage.During peak commuting times and holidays,the frequency of bike adjustments is increased,with software-based task assignments
and clear responsibilities,ensuring efficient and digital management of vehicle adjustments and equipment maintenance.
With OMNI bike lock with alarm and GPS and the accompanying software system,we continue to explore new management models with
ride-sharing companies.We are committed to enhancing the operation and management of public bike facilities,contributing to the continuous
improvement of urban slow-transport systems,and making daily public transport greener,more convenient,and more enjoyable for citizens.
